Little Monkey Parks

Here he is!!!  Parks Hagen joined us earlier than he was "scheduled" to, but he is doing very well and he is such a little snuggle bug!  I love him to bits and I could hardly wait to make the trip to Calgary to meet him and take his newborn photos.  I had a wonderful visit with him and his parents for a few days and got lots of snuggles in:)  What a good boy he is!  He eats and sleeps so well, which makes me very happy for Amber and Jeff.  What a beautiful little family they are.

Hagen Baby Bump

So, Amber is one of my very best friends in the whole wide world and happens to be one of the most beautiful pregnant women I have every seen!  Jeff is pretty great too!!  I was so excited to be able to capture these photos for them as we were all at the lake for the weekend.  She is going to be one of the best moms ever and I am thrilled for her and Jeff to be joining us as "parents".  I can't wait to meet that little monkey of theirs♥

Courtney's Grad

Courtney looked absolutely beautiful in her graduation dress!  With her hair curled and her make-up on, we were ready to go.  Although the weather was gloomy and it actually rained on and off during our shoot...we persevered and got some great shots!!  Thanks for being such a trooper Courtney:)

Sweet Olivia

Oh Olivia...what a little hammy she is!  And I love it!!  She is the daughter of one of my best friends and I was so happy to have them for a sleepover finally.  We got to chat, laugh, play, snuggle...and get some great photos while doing so!  Keep smiling little girlie and I hope to see you soon♥

Northern Border Stars Spring Hockey Team

This was a new and exciting challenge for me.  I was asked a couple of months ago if I would take photos for this team and of course I had to say YES!  I wasn't too sure what all it involved, but I was up for the challenge!!  All of the boys were so cooperative which enabled us to be done the job quickly.  Afterall, I had a plane to catch!  It was a bit of a crazy day for me, but it turned out awesome :)  I made custom team layouts for them, hockey trader cards, magnets, hockey bag tags...you name it!  I had fun.  Thanks Northern Border Stars!!

Baby Aubree

What a little sweetheart she is!  Her mommy and daddy drove all the way from Sherwood Park to introduce her to us and we got a nice little visit in as well :)  Aubree was three weeks old for her first photo shoot and I was so pleased to be her photographer.  Although she gave me a little challenge that night...I think we got some great shots in the end!

The Skene Family

The joys of family (literally!) :)  My husband and I both have large families and through photography, I am excited to have the opportunity to provide our families with the images that will be displayed on the walls of the homes that we get to visit!  These little guys were so entertaining.  It was so much fun having them at our house for the weekend for a long overdue visit!!  They cooperated so well and we got some really great images in the end.

Kirsten Boudoir

Kirsten was so much fun to work with!  She has the sweetest personality and is so excited about life.  She is always smiling and was up for anything.  With her wedding only a couple weeks away...love was in the air♥  (Client requested her face be kept unknown)

Sawyer, Tripp and Jill

So these were my first clients of 2011!  What sweethearts they were.  It was so much fun posing the twins and changing their outfits...I was always so excited to see what their mom was going to put on them next!  With our baby only being a few months older...I knew this mom had her hands full and she did so well!  Thanks so much for the fun session Sawyer and Tripp, I really enjoyed it:)  We also took a couple of business portraits for mom.  She recently started her own company and needed them for advertising.
